• Itchy skin layers are frustrate and unpleasant. Sandalwood Floral Water will help heal all these skin irritations making your skin layer gentle. The herbal oils within sandalwood might help cure these medical issues and even instill the natural skin oils into the skin layers. Use the sandalwood cream 2 times weekly for half an hour and cleanse with chilled water. Careful, pat dries the skin making sure not to ever wash away the valuable skin oils.
• Sandalwood Floral Water also has anti-inflammatory properties. Topical treatments are applied directly to your skin and can include sandalwood Floral Water, which can help reduce inflammatory, astringent, antibacterial or antifungal Floral Water for some skin inflammation caused by infections over-the-counter anti-itch creams, such as hydrocortisone or calamine lotion are used.

• Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
• Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition.
• The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
• Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.
• Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.
• Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not encouraged.
• We do not offer cash refunds; instead, we will issue a coupon for your next purchase.
• Items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged at retail/offline stores, and vice versa.
